COLEMAN CONDUCTS WECHAT POLL ABOUT HURSTVILLE PARKING PROBLEMS

David Coleman MP, Federal Member for Banks recently conducted a WeChat Poll, regarding the lack of parking in Hurstville.

Mr Coleman asked WeChat users whether or not they agreed that parking in Hurstville is insufficient. Over 150 responses were received with 96 percent of those surveyed agreeing there is not enough parking in the area.

“The lack of parking in Hurstville is an ongoing issue and I am disappointed that Hurstville City Council hasn’t addressed this problem,” Mr Coleman said.

“Hurstville is the most important commercial centre within the Electorate of Banks, and it is it is crucial that the area has sufficient parking.”

“As Hurstville continues to grow and become more densely populated this issue will only become worse. I am calling on Hurstville City Council to take action to increase parking in the CBD,” Mr Coleman said.
